What can you expect in a Small Group Coaching session?

• I lead the call each day so you can get as much 1-1 coaching as you are willing to ask for.
• In addition, you will receive feedback from the group on the issues, opportunities, and challenges you are facing.
• You also get to hear the coaching other people are getting in their individual businesses.
• Each day I am pushing every person in the group to get out of their comfort zone.
• Again, this program combines the best qualities of 1-1 Coaching and Group Coaching.
• The discussions and the back and forth on the different scenarios you encounter each day are both lively and informative.
• It is 30 minutes of intense coaching each day.
• It feels great to know you are not alone in your struggles and challenges.
• Having a sounding board each day to bounce things off is invaluable.
• No topic or situation is off-limits.
• Every day I start the call off with…“Who has something they want to bring up to the group…” And we are off to the races for the next 30 minutes.
